Public-source investigations

We dig through the noise so you can see what’s true.

Muckraker turns scattered public information into clear, sourced briefings, timelines and investigations. The public site will host example investigations; private report requests are protected while the service is in early access.

Collect

Gather public records, web sources, archives, company material, media references and other open-source traces relevant to the question.

Verify

Separate claims from evidence, compare sources, mark uncertainty and avoid overclaiming when the public record is incomplete.

Report

Produce a decision-ready output: a short truth brief, timeline, source pack, risk note or publishable investigation.

Investigations and explainers

This section is being shaped into the public editorial side of Muckraker: punchy articles that demonstrate the workflow and bring readers into the service.

Coming soon: Claim checks Short, sourced checks that show what is confirmed, what is contested and what is still unknown. Coming soon: Timelines Chronological reconstructions of messy public events, with source links and confidence notes. Coming soon: Follow-the-record briefings Company, actor and issue briefings built from public material rather than rumour or vibes.
Report requests are currently behind Basic Auth to prevent anonymous use of Claude/API-backed workflows during the prototype phase.
